The Not-So Amazing Life of @ aMrazing is a true story that tells the life of Alexander the pieces as a guard Thian mobile counter. This book consists of 14 short stories that give a different impression; nothing makes laugh, others make touched. Of these 14 stories, I chose 3 stories work so my favorite (so the review is not too long), and I will discuss a bit about what is narrated.

1. Dummy Worth Two Million
"Lies and broke his attitude sometimes much more soothing than listening to the honesty or face reality."
This story stems from a gentleman named Mr. Soni, who came to the counter Alex took a phone Sony Ericsson W880i - a phone that relatively expensive in the year 2007. Although the phone is still new, Mr. Soni complained the goods are damaged. After being investigated further, it turns out Mr. Soni buy from someone he did not know, and when sold, the person said that the mobile phone battery runs out. However, even after Mr. Soni borrow the neighbor's charger, the phone still does not turn as well. After asking for more, Alex concluded that Mr. Soni has been duped. Mr. Soni Mobile bought for two million mobile phone that is just a dummy - a replica of which is usually on display in the window.

But this story does not just stop there, it was the story behind the dummy for the two million that is full of meaning. Mr. Soni apparently willing to reward her mobile phone to be repeated in the next day, and he has drained her savings to it. However, instead of angry, Mr. Soni even pray for those who have been deceived. Alex was getting sad feeling when I saw Mr. Soni's son named Rama turns autism and sitting in a wheelchair. Mr. Soni also told the story of the life of Rama and his world. From a life of Mr. Soni and her simple, a lot of meaning and lessons to be learned and remembered it well.

2. Don't Judge the Heart by the Look
"Perhaps one of the most delicious job is jamming judge others. Everybody judges everybody. Consciously or not, I think every day we definitely jamming judge others, even those we do not know. "
This story is about Mas Bambang; giving a lesson that we should not judge the heart of a person's appearance. One day, Mas Bambang came to the counter carrying a red plastic bag, her face was sunburned, his clothes shabby and simple. Of course, without thinking, Alex Mas Bambang judging from the rustic appearance. Not unexpectedly, when Mas Bambang issued cell phone from his pocket, he had a Nokia N70 coming out at that time. Mas Bambang also asked his mobile phone loaded songs sort of Frank Sinatra, Pink Floyd, Queen, and so forth.

After knowing Mas Bambang further, it turns out he was just a newspaper deliveryman. There have been many people who question how can a newspaper deliveryman may have a sophisticated mobile phone? How could he know the songs of Frank Sinatra, the Beatles, and Elvis Presley? Even so, Mas Bambang not at all offended, because he knew that in this world we all have to each other and judge each other.
"There is a Latin proverb meaning palace, Lex. Homo Homini lupus. Man is a wolf to another man. We are used to judge people based on outward appearance ... We only see what we want to see and not see what we should see . we forget, beauty is only skin deep. "

3. Honestly That Expensive
"Living in a lie it is tiring. A lie would have closed with another lie. Well, imagine if you had to do this all my life for a status of" married "."
Starting from one afternoon, when a pair of boys and girls came to the counter. Their goal came was to seek romantic western songs to be used as their wedding song. Very nice to see the lovers seem happy, but there is one thing that seems chock; way these guys talk, makeup styles, gestures and even his body did not look like a man. Hence, for some time, Alex noticed him well, to ascertain whether he was gay or not.

The most complicated problem occurs when Alex knows the man orientation, while her fiance himself did not know anything, and believed that he loved her. The story is told of a trip Alex who want to tell the truth to the girl. This incident proves that the price of honesty is very expensive, but it is much better to be honest than lie will lead to bigger problems.

"Sometimes, the reality makes people don't want to wake up and smell the coffee, because they're afraid to feel the pain. They choose to live in the warm blanket of denial instead."

"Honesty is painful and devastating. However, after a person familiar with the honesty and truth, she smiles again while drinking tea and eating cake, he laughed at his stupidity while still living in a shell of denial."

"Sometimes, acceptance is the hardest thing to do. Not Because We can not but Because We just do not want to.We hold on to Things that are no longer there, Because we're not ready to let go."

Previously, I'm so sorry that I put off long enough to write this review. Although it is not very clearly remember the story, I was rereading parts glance I already marked for refreshing my memory about this book. When I finished this book, there is a mixture of different kinds of feelings that I feel. This book had me smiling, laughing, and even moved at the same time.

One thing I love about this book is the writing style Alexander Thian a very fun and entertaining. Although the writing is full of humor, but the emotion in the story can still be conveyed properly. Besides being simple stories that have managed to entertain as well as inspire feelings, one thing that made me enjoy this book is the comics that appeared several times. And of course, I will not forget the many morals and lessons I learned from Alex simple stories and life while keeping the counter HP. If you think about it, each of our lives - no matter how small the case, certainly provides a lesson that can transform us into a more mature.

I really liked this book: but may be questioned why I only rated them 4? The first reason, maybe because I felt the story contained in this book are too few in number - and to be honest I still want more stories about Alex and all kinds of people who come to the counter. The second reason, though in this book there are stories that are so meaningful, unfortunately there are also stories that just merely funny - when I was little hope every story will have a special meaning to be conveyed. Even so, overall, the book is very, very easy to enjoy and fun. Hopefully Alexander Thian write another book, because I've fallen in love with her writing :)
